Meet the Poole’s

Jake & Kylee marry in Jake’s parents backyard in Benneydale, New Zealand. The day was filled with sunshine, laughter and family. It truely was a day to remember.

Jake + Kylee’s Benneydale Wedding

Yeehaw, friends! I’m so excited to share images from a recent wedding I did that took place in Benneydale at the Poole’s family home, which was obviously the PERFECT location since the newlyweds had a romantic, rustic-inspired wedding! Jake and Kylee thought this thing through from beginning to end, and there wasn’t a shortage of dreamy, Pinterest-worthy moments.

I mean, check out their wedding day.

I especially loved the marquee on the back lawn, not to mention the LOVE light. And can we talk about that dress for a second? Kylee found the perfect dress at Daisy brides in Auckland.

I will never grow tired of rustic weddings, especially when they’re done so impeccably like this one. Congratulations again on your wedding, you two, and may your years be filled with happiness and plenty more sunshine.

The Godwin’s || The Red Barn Karapiro

A Red Barn wedding day - Meet the Godwin's on their perfect wedding day. Bri + Mack were married on 22.1.2022 in the picture perfect setting set amongst the Karapiro Hills.

Briana + Mack Godwin… What a day we had.

People! I am so excited to share Briana and Mack’s wedding with you today, which could have seriously been featured (and very well may be in the future) in ANY bridal magazine across the world. These two have impeccable taste, to the point where I cannot even describe how perfect every single detail was. It’s a good thing I’m a photographer, then, yeah?

From the insanely gorgeous floral arrangements from Aster and Bloom to the decadent food and hospitality from The Red Barn team, there wasn’t a thing that wasn’t thought of and carefully planned. And when I saw Bri in her wedding dress, I almost lost my breath! (Can’t even imagine how Mack must have felt seeing her walk down the aisle)!

I asked her about where the gown came from and why she chose it and she said, “The absolutely fabulous Rue de Sein in Auckland.”  WOWZA!

Scroll down to see Bri + Mack’s picture-perfect day:

What a joy it was to photograph you on this special day, you two. I hope your years are full of happiness, light and just as much beauty!

Endless skies, azure water lapping at the shoreline, sandy beaches, and sunshine warming you up from your head to your toes... Sounds like a dream, yeah? Well, that was the recipe for Tasmyn and Craig’s wedding held at Matarangi in the Coromandel. Obviously, it was a deliriously perfect, photo-worthy day… Scoll on down to see how beautiful it really was!

Tasmyn wore the sweetest wedding dress that fit seamlessly into the cream-colored sand and blue skies, and I love that Craig wore A dark charcol colored suit that complemented her dress beautifully.

And I know what you’re thinking… what kind of shoes do you wear to a beach wedding? The most gorgeous Badgley Mischka heel I have ever seen.

My only question now is… when can we go back?! But seriously, congratulations Tasmyn and Craig! May your future be filled with beaches and days as glorious as this!
