Editorial Photography

One of my first love’s was editorial and fashion photography. I love working with fashion label's and magazines to create captivating images. Im a multi award winning New Zealand photographer with over 15 years experience.

Editorial photography is a form of photography that is used to visually tell a story through images. It is often used in magazines, newspapers, and other publications to accompany articles and capture the essence of the written piece. I work closely with writers and editors to ensure that the photographs enhance the narrative and convey the intended message. The goal of the editorial piece is to engage readers and bring stories to life in a way that words alone cannot. It requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of narrative structure, and the ability to capture emotion and mood in a single shot. As an experienced photographer, I am passionate about using my skills to create compelling and meaningful editorial images that resonate with viewers and leave a lasting impact. I love meeting new and interesting people on behalf of editorial teams and capturing photos to reflect their articles. I find myself able to make a connection that helps people relax.
